Here's how to order prints or digital files.
1. Print out the order form.
2. Fill out the order form with your name, address, phone number. Provide the file number, print size or digital image file, and the number of prints. Calculate the cost, taxes GST 6% PST 8% (PST Ontario residence only).
  Enter the total cost, method of payment: Preferably VISA or MasterCard, but cheque is acceptable. If paying by credit card include your credit card number, expiry and the name on the card.
  The digital file would be supplied on a floppy disk, or e-mailed out. For digital files e-mailed please take out the mailing & handling charge of $3.50.
